My freezer door was accidentally left open overnight. The motor was still running, but noisily. I had a visit the same day from a technician who inspected the freezer and told me it would ‘live’.
He started the defrost process, removed all the drawers and shelves which he replaced after I’d washed them. He also tested the electrics and advised me to get back to the firm if there were any further problems. I lost most of the food but even taking into consideration the call out fee, it was still cheaper than having to buy a new freezer.
It was very easy and simple to book an appointment, the engineer provided great customer service and the prices for inspection, labour and parts were reasonable would use this company again in the future 😀

The engineers were very competent and pleasant. They even checked that the cooker they were repairing met all safety guidelines. They took about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem and then returned a few days later with part that was required. We are totally happy with the work and would highly recommend NAC for this type of job.
