My experience with you as a company has been fine up to a point! Your engineer who attended my call out has been extremely helpful and explained everything in detail so one will know if anything goes wrong in future. The problem has been getting appointments confirmed as my daughter is a teacher and cannot have her phone with her hence the reason why she was not able to confirm one of the call outs. Please give Kingston all the praise possible.
