Excellent service, part ordered arrived quicker than expected and received a phone call advising if a cancellation and did I want engineer to come that day and within 4 hours he was here fixing the issue.

Engineer attended on the date and time agreed. He was cheerful, efficient and professional and seemed quite disappointed that he could not repair on site. Made me aware of the prices of the two parts required but in view of the high price and the age of the machine it made more sense to invest in a new one. Would definitely recommend and use again

Prompt attention and good workmanship
What made the experience great for me was excellent communication all round – starting with Charlotte who handled my initial enquiry to the engineer Aleksander. They arranged a next day appointment for me, I was kept fully informed of the arrival time, and the charge was exactly as quoted, which I didn’t have to pay until the job was complete. A very friendly and efficient service!
