Was impressed with level of service. Had my appointment booked and they called me days earlier to say they’d had a cancellation that day and would I like that instead. At Xmas time that was much appreciated. I would recommend NAC and would use them again without hesitation.

Our oven repair was done by Wayne … He came earlier than he had originally said he would & replaced the faulty part in record time..
We were very happy and would certainly have him come back at any time should we need him for anything else .

Kingston, the engineer, was absolutely amazing. He arrived on time and worked really hard to repair my oven. He was extremely diligent and made sure everything was working well before he left. He was extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble.
The process was simple and quite efficient, with the oven repair man arriving as scheduled, although it probably mostly depends on the quality of the local sub-contractor
