The engineer arrived with a trainee when he said he would. The trainee did most of the job and it was tested, all was in working order so l am pleased with the repair.
Contact was timely. Arrived at agreed time. Polite and friendly. Job completed and charge as agreed.

The service from NAC was excellent from the start. After a visit from the engineer to diagnose the problem, to actually getting it working was just over aweek. This was due to getting parts ordered. The engineer was polite and did a neat job.
Although the parts took 4 weeks the job was done promptly

Excellent service when we needed our dishwasher replaced. Easy to book, quick response time to confirm the appointment, very punctual and professional on the day. They had the part that needed replacing with them, so in no time we had a working dishwasher again.
Once a visit was booked. I was told when Engineer would ring with a time for that day.
On arrival l was kept updated throughout the visit!! Thorugher and Efficient.
