Ashley was on time and very helpful in trying to repair my Dishwasher. Neat and tidy worker. Sadly the dishwasher could not be repaired as the replacement part was obsolete. However both NAC and Ashley were helpful, efficient, in both working practices and keeping me informed of what was happening. The pricing system was transparent and fair.

The engineer was prompt and friendly, and got our cooker hood working again despite it being unbranded, donkey’s years old, and with components which were difficult to access. A great job, and we are delighted with the result. We would definitely, use NAC again if another of our major appliances fails.
