Kate was very friendly and helpful and booked a call-out straight away. The engineer soon arrived and quickly fixed the problem with our washing machine.

Very quick, clear response. Now I just have to hope the engineer can find the electrical problem with my dishwasher. If he solves it, that will be much cheaper and more environmentally friendly than trashing it and buying a new one.
