I really liked the online booking system, it was quick and easy to use. Knowing that the charges were fixed (other than the parts) was reassuring. The engineer was polite, quick and got the oven unit working.

I had telephoned Samsung who gave my details to their repair company who could not come for a week and the. Would take at least another week to try to get the part and then seemed unsure if they could fix it!!
I have just telephoned NAC and made an appointment for an engineer for tomorrow!! They were efficient, helpful and I even had an email confirmation of the appointment within minutes. Much better service.

The NAC service was excellent. My washing machine stopped working and NAC promptly sent a technician out. The technician was friendly, professional and was able to to fix the problem right there on the spot without ordering any additional parts. I would definitely recommend this service.
