On time, polite,tidy. I would have Mickey back again

New to area so had no knowledge of who to turn to. Found NAC on line. Did exactly what was promised in the initial blurb. Good to see an apprentice being trained up. Punctual, polite, explained the fault and part replacement procedure. Would definitely use again.

Second time I’ve used NAC and will use again. The latest visit was arranged beforehand and the engineer came on time. The engineer was friendly, polite and took the time necessary to make sure I understood his diagnosis and proposed solution. The fact the call out fee was fixed regardless of time spent on the job gave me all the confidence I needed to choose NAC over other repair firms. Well done!

The engineer arrived at the specific time and explained what he was doing and why the problem had occured. I knew beforehand exactly what the call out and labour charge would be . Great service

The tumble dryer is back up and running and back to full working order
