Held on for answer, but when answered was clear and professional and explained procedure for next day appointment. So far happy to continue with engineer visit. Thank you for efgiciency
They noted the problem efficiently and provided details of the cost etc. The engineer arrived as promised the next day. Unfortunately he diagnosed a gas leak and advised the fault was terminal on our three year old LG fridge-freezer. So the £85 for no repair was an expensive visit, but to be fair, he said he was qualified to carry out most household appliance repairs, and asked if there was anything else needing attention that he could look at whilst he was here, but there wasn’t.

The professionalism continues with this company from arranging a job to finalising it. Everything is so straightforward and brilliantly organised.
Once a fault is established, the engineer then explains the next step of the process to the customer. Communication then takes place via a report from the engineer to the office. The office then emails the customer with the cost of the required part with an option of requesting or rejecting. Once the office receives confirmation they then order the part and send it to the engineer who then comes to fit it at no further cost.
NAC is excellent and highly recommended by myself.

Booking an appointment was excellent and speaking to someone personally made all the difference as they were so helpful. The engineer was on time and also very helpful and polite despite the fact that he couldn’t repair it and means I need to buy a new dishwasher! Not so good was the fact I had to pay the call out fee only to be told it couldn’t be fixed!!
My freezer packed up, so really important that I could find an engineer to come and look at the problem quickly. Visit was made on the same day. Unfortunately freezer could not be repaired, but more then happy with engineer who fully explained issue.
