NAC staff were very helpful and thorough in finding out what the problem might be with my washing machine. It was good that I could track where the engineer was and could see roughly what time he would arrive. The engineer was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite, soon sorted out the problem. Would highly recommend this company.

Used this service for washing machine repair. Attracted by £70 labour costs regardless of time spent to repair and included return visit if needed. Workman arrived on time, explained what problem was and fixed machine.

I was greatly pleased with the immediate response to my son’s request for an engineer to visit my home to check my Fridge/Freezer. I was surprised how quick the engineer responded to tell me when he would come. He came at the time he arranged with me, was extremely courteous and sorted out my problem in no time. It has worked properly since his visit and I have not needed to call him back. Thank you very much for the help and advice he gave me.

My fridge freezer needs repairing so I called NAC repairs and spoke to Kate, who was extremely helpful. She sorted out a speedy appointment and explained the payment process which is very reasonable!

Unfortunately our Samsung American Fridge Freezer was well and truly beyond economical repair as the compressor had gone plus a gas leak in the system. Mind you, it was 13 years old.
