Wayne, the NAC repair man arrived in good time after calling ahead. He spent time listening to my concerns and my reason for calling for advice. He then checked the appliance and explained the problem and that everything was still in good working order, albeit my fridge is over 10 years old. Clean, tidy and courteous throughout.

Right from the start of the phone call, with a helpful receptionist who answered straight away (no hanging around listening to crackling music) to the next day arrival of an on time engineer who sorted out the problem quickly, everything was a welcome change from the other companies some makers recommend. Whilst the office had made an error on my timings, my engineer was superb. He was polite, apologised for the mix up and listened to my problem.
His fault finding was excellent & even when he thought it could be one thing, he still thoroughly went through everything on my oven and found the fault, which he fixed and shared with me what he was doing. He was tidy, really polite and helpful. Just a brilliant service engineer & I am so relieved. Thank you.
