From the moment I telephoned NAC they dealt with everything very efficiently. The appointment was made online, I was given the name of the engineer, and a three hour slot. The night before I was asked to confirm the appointment. The engineer arrived on time, was clean, pleasant and fixed the dishwasher.

Had an issue with the oven cutting out as soon as it was being turned on. Booked call out to investigate the problem. Daniel turned up spot on time for the booking, and located the issue quickly. Parts ordered, and Daniel came back to fit them with ease. Professional/high quality service throughout, and communication from NAC was excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
