Thee engineer was very helpful, we are just waiting for the cooker part which will take a few weeks. I would reccomend this company to family and friends.
Paul was brilliant came on Friday so we where not without oven over Bank holiday. Sorted very happy with service.

Very professional and efficient
Problem with gas cooker not heating. NAC arranged for a local engineer to call. Ryan rang to arrange a convenient time and text that morning to confirm attendance. He quickly assessed the problem and advised that a new part was needed which luckily he had with him to fix the issue straight away.
He disconnected the gas,moved the cooker out and fitted new part all within approximately 45 mins….very efficient.
I would definitely use NAC again when searching for local,qualified tradespeople.
An immediate response to my phone call, taken by ‘Vicky’ who was very thoughtful and extremely efficient. She asked me what I thought the problem might be. I explained about the fault on our dishwasher which showed a flashing tap symbol might indicate a water pressure problem, however I had no idea really! Vicky was excellent. She went at my pace not rushing me and patiently explained what the call out cost covered, and that any parts needed would be extra.
The figures mentioned seemed very reasonable. I was even more impressed when she could arrange for someone from the firm to visit us the following day, and that the engineer would be in touch re the exact timing. Looking forward to it being sorted out very soon. Congratulations to Vicky for all her help today, she’s a credit to the Company
