Had the Engineer to my microwave who diagnosed what the problem was and ordered the part for repair. Quick, efficient service. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

A really good experience overall from the initial phone call to book an engineer appointment to finished job. We were informed at every stage, the engineer whose name we had been advised of telephoned ahead to advise arrival time. He was friendly efficient and helpful, completing the work speedily leaving no mess!
What makes a company’s customer service good is good communication to the customer. NAC certainly have good customer service. I booked online and received confirmation within minutes. The day before the appointment I was contacted to be advised of the time window the engineer would be with me (10-14.00). The engineer turned up 13:45 a very presentable young man who explined what he was doing at each step and at the end advised they would look to get the relevant parts and email me with the costs before going ahead. The email arrived within 1 hour but unfortunately the parts were no longer being made (Montpellier) . Although disappointed that they could not fix the fridge freezer I was very impressed with the service I received.
Called NAC and spoke to a really friendly and helpful lady to book and appointment, the engineer (Dave) came round a couple of days later to look at the washing machine, he needed to order the part, so when it arrived he arranged to come over and fix it at a time that was convenient, both times he text and called before his arrival, I was told the fee for labour upfront and then asked if i wanted to go ahead when he had sourced the spare part, so no nasty surprises, excellent service from start to finish
Engineer turned up promptly. He was a nice guy, Friendly. He worked out what the problem was without even touching the machine. Fixed the problem in no time and put everything back as he found it. Price was good and it saved me buying a new washer. Will use the service again.
