My call was answered promptly and Vicky was friendly and efficient. She took the details of the problem I had with my washing machine and organised an engineer for the next day. She gave me clear details of the cost and I was happy to go ahead.

More helpful than I could have expected.
I have been trying to find an engineer to repair my integrated microwave oven. After speaking to several people who were either robotic ‘unable to talk off script’ or didn’t seem to care ‘fobbing me off’ saying it’s not worth repairing etc etc. I finally spoke to Yvonne. She made me realise that you cannot give a diagnosis without actually seeing the item in question. Initially it was a question of disposal income, but after speaking to Yvonne that changed. Future repairs I will be looking for someone who is honest and caring.

Receptionist was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Nick the engineer called me only an hour or so later and was with me within half of an hour. Again, he was pleasant and found the fault almost immediately. So within a couple of hours i had my washing machine back. Thank you
