From the first call to arrange a engineer to call on me to the customer service staff extremely courteous and polite. The engineer called James came and right away very knowledgeable and identified the problem and he would have to order the parts I asked him you sure you can get them because my miele washing machine is old before I contact NAC I rang miele and they said because is so old they couldn’t get the parts for my machine and that the manufacturer for you. 1 week later James returned with the parts and within no time fitted it checked that it was working and gave me back the old parts so would highly recommend this person to repair your broken down washing machine instead of having to replace it. Very reasonable price for the call out and the part, Highly recommend this company NAC and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again for other appliance. GREAT SERVICE
