Thank you so much to NAC you saved me buying a new fridge freezer! Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to live at my home for a year, when I came back and put on the fridge it was working fine then after a week I started to lose the temperature in the fridge( freezer was fine) I had to keep turning off and on again to work for several hours. First of all I would like to say my appointment was on a Tuesday but NAC was able to give me a Monday appointment ( sooner the better) my engineer was prompt and polite( sorry forgot name ) he was able to diagnose problem and gave a 50/50 chance of recovery of fridge ( recently bought 2021) he told me to switch off for 48 hours and then shake the life out of it as it had a gas blockage. It’s now been 3 weeks 🤞excellent service, I defo recommend as first choice. Debbie
