Cost stated up front on the website, engineer Luke came out the same day, unable to fix there and then showing me the problem.
Through the website I was able to see the cost of replacement parts before choosing to order. The engineer was back within 4 working days and the fix completed. Everything was as stated on the website.
Luke was friendly, polite, tidy and efficient and offered useful advice on using the machine in future.
