The service was fast and efficient from calling on the phone to the engineer arriving. It only took half a day and Andrew was very thorough and helpful. I had an awful noise on the spin cycle but when it was checked he could find nothing but did tell me that if it happened again within the next 3 months there would be no further call out charge. Thanks so far so good!

When my Whirlpool washing machine broke down, initially I went to Trust Pilot reviews for NAC! I found the receptionist extremely helpful, & although an engineer could have attended fairly promptly, I delayed the call-out for a further ten days as I was going away. The Company rang me on the morning to confirm approximate time etc & indeed the engineer Dave phoned when he was in his way. He was polite, & identifued the problem with my 16 yr old machine immediately, & replaced a small perforated hose that affected the sensor, for which he didn’t charge! I noted that he used shoe coverings when entering my home, which I thought exceptionally respectful. I would certainly use this company again, should the need arise. Regards, Judy Moule
My Beko dishwasher needed a new wiring loom. The engineer identified and showed me the problem within ten minutes of his first visit. The new part was ordered and the engineer returned to fit the part within two working days. The dishwasher is an older model but the advice given to repair it and why was clear. The entire process from booking the first call out with the extremely helpful and polite customer service team to the arrival and repair of the engineer was seemless and professional. Highly recommend this firm. An easy ten out of ten from me. Great stuff. Delighted

From the first call answered by Yvonne to Mick our Engineer resolving the problem was excellent. Customer service, and Engineer faultless, both very helpful via the phone and the given guidance by our Engineer. Will I use NAC again absolutely, would I recommend them absolutely.
