The call centre agent was very helpful, polite and very efficient. She was able to offer me a very timely appointment with the engineer having advised me of my options and costs.
I had a problem with my dishwasher ‘tablet’ release and needed separate advice on a suspected minor problem with the double oven. To investigate both problems in one visit was financially sound and time effective.
The engineer named Ross was ‘local’and kept me informed of achieving a timely appointment. We soon agreed my priorities and he began his investigation. With nine years experience in post, Ross was able to recommend alternative ways of operating the machines without the need to replace defective parts. He was very thorough with his investigations and setting the equipment to work, proving his full understanding of the equipment and common sense approach to the customers needs based on lengthy experience.
Overall, his visit was most appreciated, reassuring to have his confident, experience put into practice and cost effective in both time and money.

Very helpful and efficient

I found NAC Repairs on-line, after an alternative, national, repair company did not answer my query. The NAC engineer got back to me very rapidly and arranged an appointment without delay. He was on time and obviously very competent. He identified the part that needed replacing on my tumble dryer, confirmed that it was in stock and got back to me the following business day to arrange fitment. Again, without delay, he arrived on time and fitted the part. The dryer works perfectly.
