10/10 for this company from the start of booking an engineer to being kept in the picture about times and arrivals. The engineer was polite. Explained everything his was doing. He was clean and tidy. He wasn’t pushy. The office phoned with a quote to which I excepted. The next day parts came in and I was booked in for the fitting with the same engineer.
