It was such a relief as we had 10 due for lunch and an oven that decided to break down! Frank was so professional and immediately identified the problem. the repair was great but the spare part a small horse shoe shape about 4inches for forty pounds was a rip off he first asked for 50not happy with that. for a 5in piece of plastic.thanks Alan
