It was so easy from the first phone call I was kept up to date with what was happening. The operative arrived on time and was very friendly an helpful. He fixed the dishwasher quickly and was able to answer questions we had in an easy to understand manner.
Washing machine was giving an error code that suggested the issue was something that an idiot like me couldn’t deal with and could be quite expensive. Engineer arrived on time, diagnosed a different, and far cheaper, problem and had it fixed in no time. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the service I received from NAC repair. I was able to book an appointment on line ,and on a day that suited me. I received up dates after that. The engineer kept me informed about his arrival time,and was polite and helpful. He solved the problem with my dishwasher,I was able to pay him and received a receipt by e-mail. I would use this company again.
After noticing my American Fridge/Freezer suddenly become noisy and the temperature of the fridge rising, I contact NAC with the problem. They immediately arranged for an engineer to visit me and assess the problem. The engineer came at a time arranged between us, and knew straight away what the problem was. The engineer Danny checked and double checked everything just to make sure his assessment was correct. It was and he ordered the part which was a new sensor. Several days later, Danny returned with the new part and fitted it into the Fridge and bingo everything was working as it should. Throughout my contact with NAC I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the company in arranging for my repair and particularly with the engineer Danny who was very polite, and ever so helpful. He kept me informed throughout his assessment of what appeared to be the problem and ensured the problem was resolved. He also went a further mile for me and fitted me a new water filter to the fridge/freezer as I had no knowledge how to fit it. Top marks for NAC. I will certainly use them again in the future. +++++
