My call to arrange an appointment was answered promptly and efficiently. I was surprised I had to pay in advance. An appointment was possible in 48 hrs but I couldn’t accept that so it’s 72 hrs to the agreed day. A two hour slot will be given nearer the day. I was available all day today or tomorrow, at certain times.

Repaired my washing machine and price quoted was the price I paid. Luke the engineer was very professional and explained what was required to fix my washing machine.
From the initial contact with NAC, to the final repair of my Fridge/Freezer, I found the company very professional. In particular the engineer (Danny) who came to assess the fault and arrange for the part to be ordered to the final completion of the repair was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained everything and even went an extra mile by changing my water filter on the Freezer. I cannot thank him and NAC enough. I would definitely use NAC again and say to anybody if you want an engineer who knows appliances and can find the fault and solve the problem, use NAC. Well done to all at NAC.+++++
The Engineer was helpful, polite and efficient. The time slot provided did overrun unfortunately but the problem was sorted quickly hence I would certainly recommend NAC.

All good. The engineer was here within time and gave an honest assessment of the problem. The solution unfortunately was to purchase a new washing machine and not to attempt repairs.

Wayne, the NAC repair man arrived in good time after calling ahead. He spent time listening to my concerns and my reason for calling for advice. He then checked the appliance and explained the problem and that everything was still in good working order, albeit my fridge is over 10 years old. Clean, tidy and courteous throughout.
