We had an issue with our Fridge-freezer that turned out to need a replacement part. I used NAC because they said they had experience with my particular brand of fridge, and because they were clear and informative about their prices online. The first visit, our engineer worked in the blistering heat to find the issue, finally identifying what looked to be the problem. He clearly explained what was wrong and what we needed, and that if we chose to go ahead with the repair there would not be a second call out fee, just the price of the part. Almost as soon as he left I got an email with a link to the part and a price and was given the choice to proceed or not. I googled the same part and found it at a much higher price in several places, so agreed to proceed. It did take a week for the part to come in, but when it did I got another email saying my engineer would be back and a rough time window that I could accept or rearrange. He arrived within the window as described, worked tirelessly again for the morning to replace the part, retest everything and make it all safe, then left with everything back to normal for us. I am super happy with everything from the cost to the comms and I would use these guys again for issues in the future.

This was the first time we have used your Company and we were very impressed. In the first instance we spoke to Yvonne. I told her what we wanted done and she explained how they worked and payment, We were happy so she arranged for an Engineer,Taylor, to come out to us. Taylor texted the night before and gave us a 4 hour slot and then again when he was on his way. Taylor is a friendly and professional young man and did a brilliant job. A credit to your Company.

Forget chatbots, LLMs and AI nothing will ever beat a cheerful, knowledgeable and thoroughly competent young human being who answers the phone within five rings, doesn’t put me through to a queue to speak to someone else and sorts my problem there and then. Well done, Becky!!
