The communication initially from the company and then the engineer was really good.
The engineer spent nearly 3 hours doing a thorough investigation into what the problem was. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
Due to the fault I do need to get a new Fridge and he also took time to suggest what my best options would be. Even though my fridge couldn’t be fixed I would definitely recommend NAC.

The lad who tested every thing found the machine was ok,looks like a valve on the water supply is faulty.I’m getting a plumber in to change in hopefully that’s it,very pleasant young man just the job

Very fast and punctual service and an honest appraisal of my appliance.

The engineer was extremely helpful and informative. He gave us very useful information about what was wrong with our appliance, and the approximate costs of each. Because the appliance was not financially repairable he also gave us good advice on which products to buy and which products to avoid!

Engineer came checked washing m/cfound the fault&ordered the parts &price fixed nxt day
