When my Whirlpool washing machine broke down, initially I went to Trust Pilot reviews for NAC! I found the receptionist extremely helpful, & although an engineer could have attended fairly promptly, I delayed the call-out for a further ten days as I was going away. The Company rang me on the morning to confirm approximate time etc & indeed the engineer Dave phoned when he was in his way. He was polite, & identifued the problem with my 16 yr old machine immediately, & replaced a small perforated hose that affected the sensor, for which he didn’t charge! I noted that he used shoe coverings when entering my home, which I thought exceptionally respectful. I would certainly use this company again, should the need arise. Regards, Judy Moule
