First time I’ve used NAC services, had an issue with a Bosch freezer , the engineer was very helpful explained the issue ordered part and repaired it at a fraction of the price of a replacement. Great communication from this company as well , would definitely recommend them

The service was fast and efficient from calling on the phone to the engineer arriving. It only took half a day and Andrew was very thorough and helpful. I had an awful noise on the spin cycle but when it was checked he could find nothing but did tell me that if it happened again within the next 3 months there would be no further call out charge. Thanks so far so good!
