i am not the most computer literate person. but i found it very simple to follow the instructions and make an appointment.

Spoke to Lisa she was very helpful and professional , in confirming the engineers details. He called prior to arrival,and again very professional .
He found the problem and talked through options so that we could decide our next course of action.

Pleased with the repair.I did find the engineer rather abrupt not very friendly. But he did do a good job so overall very pleased.

From the time he got to my house, he went straight to the job, didn’t waste any time . He knew what to do, after asking me what the problem was, he went straight to it. Fixed the problem tryied the machine in three or four different programs. Fixed. Excellent.

Excellent service all around. Experienced technician identified all 3 issues with our Bosch dishwasher showing an error code. He must have spent at least 3 hours on the two call outs and now the dishwasher is like new again. Value for money, speedy repair even over Xmas and great comms. Their AI parts ordering system gets you a quote in 15 minutes! Will use again.

Great service all round from the initial call to Helen and the repair carried out by Danny everything was excellent. Definitely recommend this company and would be my first call for any future repairs.
