Microwave switching itself off after 15s. NAC team where easy to deal with and very helpful on the phone. Engineer obviously very knowledgeable. Issue diagnosed quickly, parts ordered and fixed a few days later. Highly recommend and will use again.

work.My wife found a t/p number for NACrepairs who
we then called.Their engineer came the same day Sta and
quickly identified the problem. The replacement part
was sourced fairly quickly and all is now well.The

I was extremely unhappy with the non- service I got by going direct to Hotpoint to try and book a repair. So I contacted NAC and they came out on the same day and within 2 hours of my phone call and did a professional repair on my free standing Fridge Freezer.
