It was great to talk to a proper person who understood the problem involved. The company was so efficient keeping me up to date with regular up-dates as to when an engineer would arrive. When he did, the engineer was friendly and soon had our poorly machine up and running. Well done to you all.

Prompt, efficient service and honest advice from Paul, who came to fix our upright freezer – that it would be cheaper to buy a replacement than a new motor and gas. Some companies might have taken advantage of our lack of knowledge and insisted on replacing the worn out parts.

I’m very impressed with NAC. From the first point of contact with the lady who answered the phone, through to the visit from the engineer, everything was handled quickly, professionally and in a very friendly manner.
I was informed of the charges involved and told that the engineer would contact me to confirm the booking, which he did. He contacted me again, on the day before his visit, with a two hour time slot.
The faults were found and one of the repairs was made straight away and a part was ordered for another repair. My cooker was checked to make sure that it was in good working order.
The engineer explained the faults and arranged to contact me when the other part arrived.
