Ashley came and investigated the problem, finding a solution quickly and identified the required parts for order.
The invoicing and payment process is very streamlined and efficient using smart phones/emails making it so easy to understand costs and proceed with the repairs.
Ashley attended again to conduct the repairs and worked quietly and tidily without disturbing my online meeting on the kitchen table as I was working from home, even setting the clock correctly on the oven.
