"I set up my appointment online, to my own convenience and the engineer turned up when advised. Although he couldn’t fix it there and then, he explained 2 options to me. Then I received an email also detailing this and giving me a link to order the part needed, the part was sent to the company and then they arranged another time to come back and fit it! It was all very very simple and easy - thank you very much for your simplicity! Everything is made very complicated these days but not your company - I would HIGHLY recommend."

"We are very grateful to worker (Ross?) who came to fix out washing machine. Not only did he replace the door seal, but he told us about an electrical safety problem in the whole of our house which we wouldn't have know about otherwise. He said we needed an electrician. I called the electrician and he was right. The problem is all fixed now, but we are very thankful we found out and got it sorted before there were any accidents. "
