We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Service Manager (TSM) to lead, mentor, and support a team of initially 10–12 field engineers, including a mix of experienced professionals and trainees. No experience? No problem. We welcome enthusiastic learners over 21 with a full driving licence. You’ll start with 2 weeks at our Wakefield training centre, followed by at least 4 weeks shadowing a mentor engineer. After that, we ease you in gently with a reduced diary and close supervision. Full training typically takes 6–12 months, tailored to your progress, leading to City & Guilds accreditation.
