    "Excellent and prompt response and service in answer to my query re possible repair of an ageing Cannon range cooker. The third company I had contacted and the only one that was able to give me next day service and to actually try hard to repair it-and they did! Paul, the engineer(with his partner) worked so hard on the cooker and miraculously managed to replace both the element and thermostat to get the cooker working again. Such brilliant dedication to the job in hand. I am so impressed and grateful."
