Details were taken of the make etc and we were told it would cost £96 plus parts. The repair was booked in for the next day and we were told that the engineer (Mark) would contact us directly with a time. He contacted me the same day and also gave his contact number in case I needed to get in touch. He called to give a more accurate time on the day of the appointment. He arrived and quickly got on with the job. He was finished within about 45 minutes and I was very happy with the service and the cost. My oven is now working well.
