"Booking was straightforward, reminder sent the day before and the engineer arrived at the scheduled time (actually early but he rang to check it was ok!). Fitted broken washing machine door glass quickly but had to return a few days later to fit a new door seal. No extra call out charge and again job done quickly. Possibly not the cheapest but couldn't fault the service from start to finish."
