    "Booked a visit through small online form, on a sunday i was first job on tuesday morning. The engineer was friendly, polite and professional. He stayed for 30 minutes trying to figure out what was the fault as the oven was working fine when he came ,(typical) Even checked back of cooker , i thote i had a faulty fan on oven but it worked ok and worked normally last night . He said as ive paid the fee if the problem returns he will come back for free as ive already paid . Thanks "
