"Had a great experience from start to finish. Phoned to enquire about a repair to the fan oven of my range cooker. The call was taken by Leesa who was polite and courteous. Details were taken of the make etc and we were told it would cost £96 plus parts. The repair was booked in for the next day and we were told that the engineer (Mark) would contact us directly with a time. He contacted me the same day and also gave his contact number in case I needed to get in touch. He called to give a more accurate time on the day of the appointment. He arrived and quickly got on with the job. He was finished within about 45 minutes and I was very happy with the service and the cost. My oven is now working well. I would definitely recommend this company."
