Becky was very understanding, helpful and courteous. Details of a call out charge was explained and she booked me in with an engineer for the next day.
I now await for the engineer to call me today to discuss the details of the repair.

I think this repair was well manager because the tradesman was carefully matched to the problem and came well prepared. The “aftercare” was impressive as NAC tried hard to find replacement parts.

Excellent service, arrived on the designated day and analysed the problem immediately although the resulted in buying a new fridge freezer to replace a 3 year old unit which was failing and would not last much longer.
Excellent service from this company. Great communication from start to finish. The engineer was efficient and polite & very quickly diagnosed the fault with my oven. Only delay was because parts had to be ordered but once delivered he returned and completed the job. Guaranteed for 12 months.
