I did not know anything about NAC repairs and was a little unsure if I had made the right decision. When Dan the engineer arrived when he said he would, he was professional, explained everything and carried out the job quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased.
We had a prompt response to our call for help, once the fault was identified, parts were ordered and the repair was completed within the stated three days. A first class technician clean and efficient throughout.
My wife is now happy she can use the oven again, Christmas turkey dinner looking good. Cheers.

Came on time, was cheerful and soon found my trouble, being partly sighted, my washing machine had been put on lock. Which after some 7 years of having this washer, had never had this before. But was shown how to unlock it and he made sure due to my eye sight that I could do this again for myself. It was also nice that he made me feel good and not a fool in this matter. So yes I both trust them and would use them again next time

I think companies are quite rightly judged by the people who work for them. In my case a guy called Alex who was very efficient polite and a pleasure to meet.
I haven’t had the repair done yet but the initial call was very reassuring after being let down at other companies. I spoke to the engineer who is a lovely chap and local. He’s popping out Wednesday to have a look at home
