Very fast and reliable service, my Tumble dryer was fixed almost immediately upon arrival. Engineer Richard was very friendly and helpful even provided a safety check would recommend this company to anyone.

We have a tumble dryer where the internal belt had snapped. We tried to fix it ourselves but couldn’t . So we called in NAC who turned up at our convenience and had it all fixed in about an hour. Thank you.

Firstly I could not fault the company for organising a repair man, was quick and easy and helpful came around on the day picked to repair the dishwasher. On the first time he came took the dishwasher apart and tested the system and was like a new flowmeter could be the issue, after coming out a second time to fit the flowmeter, turns out it was not. We soon rang their phone number and got a local call center who was very helpful and got the engineer back the same day, he was determined to fix the thing and it was in a 100 parts where he found our daughter’s hair clip which had lodged in the pump and only now causing an issue, after it looked like it had been in for a year or so. All in all, a good company and we felt we experienced the whole thing, more importantly they fixed our dishwasher, thanks.

NAC arranged an engineer to repair our oven. They didn’t add more money because it was a Range and they didn’t lay it on thick it was going to be more complicated. In Fact when the engineer arrived he was genuine knew what he was doing diagnosing the problem and within the week the part was in!
No fuss! easy! We are more than happy to recommend NAC
