The technician arrived as promised following a phone call.
Pleasant and friendly worker, who was knowledgeable regarding his work. Completed his task, and pointed out information that was necessary to improve the workings of the fridge.
Matt arrived on time and quickly noted the problem. He fixed it within the week and returned with a new soap drawer to return the machine to brand new state. Excellent service.
I didn’t have the repair done in the end as it was discovered that my tumble dryer was beyond economic repair and they suggested it would be better for me to just buy a new machine. But the engineer was excellent and very friendly, turned up on time, and prior to his visit I was kept completely informed of when he would be arriving. It’s a shame I have to buy a new dryer but NAC were very good.

The communication from NAD was great from the start including via email and text message. Darryn arrived well within the window of time expected and was professional and courteous. He gave me advice about the machine which I appreciated. After he left I put a load in as he advised and the drum broke! I called NAD and they arranged for Darryn to return the same day. He called me and I sent him a video of the issue and he kept me up to date on his arrival time. The machine is beyond repair but I really appreciated Darryn’s professionalism. Would definitely recommend NAD.

This was a great service, able to book and organise on line with actual humans you could ring and sort appointments times with as well. The engineer arrived on time and was able to identify the cooker issues and order the spare parts. The repairs were completed a few days later and everything is working well now. Will use again if needed
