It has been a pleasure dealing with this company from start to finish. My initial phone call was answered very quickly by Charlotte who was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. She arranged an engineer visit and advised me of exactly what the process would be to effect the repair to my dishwasher. I was kept advised at every stage and Nick the engineer arrived exactly as promised and quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged for the parts to be ordered.

My dear wife decided to get something jammed in the door of our washing machine, I decisde I could fix the seal that was damaged, alas, I couldn’t. I googled washing machine repair, and this company popped up, I put in my problem and that I had the replacement part, they quoted a price and the rest is history.
On the day of repair I had a cool from the engineer before he arrived and I offered him a brew on arrival, by the time I made myself one, the job was done, how’s like a machine magician, fair play to him, jobs a good un, we all happy and I have clean clothes
Booked online on their website . Speak to the specialist on the phone,he came and did a checkup, find the issue, gave me a quote and order the part needed to be replaced. After few days the part arrived to them they texted me and asked when I am available. Came back with the part, replaced it and told me if I will have an issue with the part to contact the office. So far I didn’t. Easy to get in contact(online/phone), so I am happy to recommend them.

Excellent, friendly professional service! We were fully informed at every stage. The engineer was so knowledgeable about our dishwasher. The whole machine was taken apart and faults identified. After reassembling he told us that the office would ring us with the price of the relevant parts and he’d inform us when he’d return to fix the machine! The only downside was the parts were not made anymore because the machine was so old! The engineer did tell us that the make of dishwasher, Bosch, was an excellent manufacturer! Even though the dishwasher was not repairable, we could not fault the service of NAC.
We were kept informed well and do appreciate that it was not possible to to have the part fitted earlier because of Christmas. Your engineer was polite and very pleasant
