Kept well informed throughout. Knew exactly when Engineer would call. Engineer knew what he was doing and repaired the fault very quickly. Engineer courteous & respected our property. Was not ripped off with a very reasonable price. No problems whatsoever & would use again & recommend.

I reported a problem online with my dishwasher and got a prompt and clear response so I booked an appointment.
Andrew came and quickly diagnosed that the pump spindle had broken so it would need a new pump and NAC could order one for me.
I asked NAC to do so and arranged for Andrew to fit it when it arrived.
Andrew came and did the repair expertly and also ensured the appliance drain was clear.
The whole process was smooth and painless and everything is up and working perfectly again.

We had Graeme out to fix our leaking washing machine. He found the issue quickly and was able to come sooner than expected with the replacement part. He also replaced the plug which had corroded and didn’t become apparent until he was testing it. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend.

The engineer was courteous and helpful, he needed to remove some kitchen fascias to get to the washing machine, he very much knew what he was doing, solved the problem and replaced everything to its former condition, extremely pleased, would use again in a heart beat.
