Paul Hardman the engineer from PJAppliances, Cheltenham arranged the date and time of his visit and kept me informed of progress. He arrived exactly as planned and investigated the problem involving a cooker extractor hood/fan that was not working properly. Initial suspicions and a thorough investigation discovered the ‘fault’ – a last Spring’s bird’s nest (blue tits) deep in the extraction tube and affecting the motor! Removal of nest and all accompanying bits and a subsequent tidy-up and all is now fine and the extractor is working fine. No ‘mechanicals’ involved or needed but a result.

Fridge freezer repair.
The lady on the phone was very helpful and the engineer phoned and said when he would be coming. He was very helpful and efficient and repaired our fridge freezer for us.

Having phoned the company within a couple of days the engineer arrived, Darren took all the panels of my Zannousi tumble drier, checking all areas to find fault. Having found it he advised me of parts needed. The next day I received the invoice, paid the amount, parts were ordered, and few days he informed me he would be in to fix it. Just spoken to a lady called Kate who went above and beyond to try and help get an engineer out to a disabled gentleman that fitted in and around his care rota , even saying that the engineer would call me to give a better idea of the time frame for the call out. Extremely helpful and highly recommended, hopefully the repair will go as smoothly
