David came out to repair our fridge/freezer. He was professional and pleasant and explained the problem to us in detail. He had the problem sorted in no time. I was impressed with this company from the initial contact, the phone was answered straight away, the appointment was explained to me, I was given an appointment for two days time and was kept informed of the visit. After waiting all day one day and another the chap did get here. With the pre prep ie make of cooker and description of problem was resolved quickly
From making the initial phone call to book an engineer, and I had a booking the same day. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The engineer was with me over a 90 mins doing everything he could to find the problem. Unfortunately my 21 year old Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer could not be mended. I would strongly recommend this company, I will use again in the future.
Simon kept me well informed on his time of arrival was really nice and soon solved my dishwasher problem, would definitely use him again.
