Ashley did a FAB job, and was knowledgeable, and had to help me to understand how to operate the oven, as it came with the house, and I had not been able to use it. He was very polite/helpful etc.

Helpful engineer who actually listened to me about what was wrong and needed doing. Which, after checking, he did. But a very expensive replacement of a screw which has become dislodged on an old oven as the screw hole had rusted away, releasing the old screw. It was replaced with a thicker thread screw. I was very grateful to have next day service. Very straightforward and would use this service again.
Our rather ancient washing wasn’t draining water away. Engineer arrived bang on time. Quickly decided what issue was. Pipe blocked. Unblocked Pipe. Fully cleaned work area. Washing machine works perfectly. Well pleased.
