Texts and emails to confirm appointment. Swift work from the engineer Nathan to diagnose the faults. Advised what to do with the quote detailing parts required etc. appointment made for 27th December to fix my Rangemaster. Again texts and emails to say he was in his way.
Cooker fixed and had been tested and all new elements were now working. Guarantee for parts was explained too.
I’ve never used NAC before but would not hesitate to use them again. Very efficient service with great updates with emails, phone calls and texts. Nathan the engineer was brilliant.
