A most professional repair service for our Nef oven. Prompt attention and the engineer returned a couple of days later with a genuine Nef replacement part, fitted in no time. Very good communications with text messages letting us know when he would visit. Not cheap but very good service and good value for money. Would definitely use again and happy to recommend ! We are most grateful – thank you !

I was very pleased with the service I received. The initial appointment was timely, the engineer arrived as arranged, identified the problem, ordered the parts, which I paid for when requested and the oven was fixed in less than a week from the first appointment. Couldn’t fault the service.
Following a conversation Mark ordered the parts and kept us fully informed as to the progress right up to the arranged visit time. He was very polite and professional and completed the repairs in good time to a high standard. Very pleased with the result.

Telephone contact with & from all employees was efficient & professional. The ‘fitter’ responded quickly & kept in touch throughout. He was friendly, personable, patient, spoke clearly & I felt reassured by him that I’d chosen the right Co. from the many Companies offering the service I required re my broken down fridge/freezer. He provided a prompt service & was extremely clear & knowledgeable in his assessment of the problem. An assessment, proved correct, by further inspection. Unfortunately it was a System Fault due to my built- in f/f not being fitted properly when my new kithen had been installed 4yrs previously. There was a severe lack of ventilation. The follow-up paperwork followed the home visit, finalising what had been a professional experience despite a repair not being possible on this occasion.
I will definitely use this Company again, should I require help with appliances.
