Easy to make convenient appointment. Engineer arrived promptly, carried out exhaustive tests to determine nature of problem, and once identified, was able to fit replacement part immediately. Very reasonable cost too.
NAC sent someone out to repair our fridge on the same day. Unfortunately the fridge was beyond repair but I’m still giving a five-star rating because Rob the engineer was so helpful and gave excellent advice on a replacement. Thank you.
