The grill on my cooker had stopped working so I looked on Google and found a company called NAC, I rang them and the lady who answered the phone sounded very professional and asked all the details of the problem she then told me there would be an £85 call out charge which I thought was reasonable I was then called by AJ who gave me a day and time of arrival which was New Year’s Eve, he arrived on time and he new beforehand what the problem was and fixed it with just an extra cost of £30 for the part, he was very friendly and professional and really new what he was doing. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Very quick response to help request – excellent communications system via email and text – came out New Years Eve, very pleasant and professional engineer determined the problem, part needed, within minutes received communication quoting price, kept up to date with progress, fitted and working – SUPERB
Connor was able to offer me a next day visit to repair my Whirlpool integrated fridge/freezer. He explained that the advance payment of £102 would cover all the engineer time, but that naturally any parts would cost extra. Very clear, very confident and very reassuring to deal with Connor.
