Prompt next day appointment for a leaking washing machine. This company uses contractors so quality of service will depend on standard of engineer. I was very lucky with Michael, a friendly and knowledgeable young man who rang to find out what the problem was, predicted a blockage, kept me up to date on attendance times, arrived when he said he would, solved the problem within a few minutes (he was right it was a blockage), then kindly checked some other issues that had been bothering me. No parts required so just paid the callout fee. Very happy with fast, efficient, friendly and reliable service. Thank you
